Sharing the highlights...
cuz I can't get into all the details ;)
Hope you enjoy this post!
My bachelorette party has come and gone, but I still feel like it gave me a permanent high that I've been living off ever since. There are so many good memories and hilarious moments to cherish. It's something special to round up your girlfriends and spend good quality time together after organizing something you've been anticipating for a while. I must say that I feel truly blessed to have some pretty awesome ladies in my life that I'm proud to call my friends.
I just wanted to quickly share a few highlights of my bachelorette party, as some of you might be fellow bachelorettes or might be part of a bridal party and planning a bachelorette party. So, I thought it would be cool to share my own experience and some pretty fun ideas for your own party.
My personal experience:
Going into it, my expectations was to just chill, relax and spend quality time catching up with my girlfriends. Of course, having fun was #1 on the agenda! I already knew that with the group of girlfriends I was with and with everyone's dynamic personalities, that I was in good company and that it would just be nothing but good vibes all weekend long. And that's exactly how it was!
My personal highlight was simply doing what girls do best, which for me means swapping amusing life stories, chatting about every topic under the sun all in good humour, and bonding over interesting personal experiences. It was like a grown up adult version of the most epic slumber party you could imagine - with the bonus of being in a super luxurious and beautifully decorated penthouse.
Fun bachelorette party ideas:
The bachelorette party ideas that my lovely bridesmaids came up with were so thoughtful and creative. From putting together wall decor for a truly Instagram worthy backdrop, to sporting custom designed tank tops that said Your Vibe Attracts Your Tribe, the details definitely helped to manifest positive vibes, spark so much joy and get the party mood going.
We all wore matching tanks that were custom designed. Mine said Bride Vibes which was super chill and cute. We also wore these really pretty metallic temporary tattoos, which made me feel like a bit of a badass. The metallic finish a looked really good shimmering in the sunlight. Definitely a fun and eye catching idea for a bachelorette party look!
Our coordinated outfit look definitely made heads turn and take a double look as we were walking around and causing a scene (in a good way though, trust me!).
This outtake video (featured below) of us trying to nail a good shot for the camera makes me smile so much! It's been a while since I experience non-stop, make your abs hurt laughter. But, when you're surrounded with such awesome people, it's kind of impossible not to!
I hope you enjoyed this post. Do you have a favourite idea like a game or activity that you did at a bachelorette party that you really enjoyed? Let me know in the comments below, and have a wonderful day!
